Return Policy

Bridal Accessories are not refundable or returnable unless defective from manufacturer

Notice of your complaint must be emailed to us within 2 days of receipt of your product

All returns must be authorized (customer responsible for shipping charges)

All refunds will be processed when return merchandise is received

Printed invitations are not refundable. It is always advisable to request a proof, so there is no misunderstanding. This way, you know exactly what you are getting and if you don't like something, then we can change it prior to printing the entire order. There is a charge for all proofs.

Your satisfaction is always of the utmost importance to us. If we made a mistake on your printed order, it will be reprinted and shipped at our expense, UPS Ground only. If the error or omission was the customer's mistake, we will reprint the order reflecting a 25% discount + the cost of shipping.

Any time we authorize a return, the replacement will not be sent out until the original order is returned to us at the customers expense.

Security and Privacy Policy

Our site uses a Secure Server that encrypts all your order information into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the internet. When you proceed to the order information page you will see a padlock or key at the bottom of your browser indicating that this specific page is secure. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, address, so that it cannot be read as the information flows over the Internet.

We absolutely refuse to be undersold.

If you find an item elsewhere (prior to your purchase from Favor-It Shop), you will be eligible for our "100% price protection" program. Here's how it works:

The item must be the identical product, color, packaging, manufacturer, etc. The price you wish us to match must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current and the product must be in stock.

Favor-It Shop will only match prices on items made by the same manufacturer. “Knock-off” or counterfeit items of designer manufacturers do not count. It must be authentic, not just "similar" as many of the knock-off items sold on the internet.

If you ask us to match a price, the competitor's shipping and handling charges and sales tax, if applicable, must be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price.

Competitors coupons or promotions for first time or one time use will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee. Competitive items must be in stock and ready to ship.

Shipments to New Jersey are subject to 7% sales tax and will not be included as part of the price match calculation. Price matches will not be honored on "Going out of Business," "Liquidation Sales" or companies in distress.

Favor-It Shop reserves the right to deny any price match on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria of our price match policy. If the item is sold at a price so low, we have the right to refuse to match it and will let you know to purchase it from the company that you saw it at.
